I thoroughly enjoyed Whitley Carnival on Sunday – the sun was shining and the turn out was brilliant. Congratulations to Aspire2 and Whitley CDA on coordinating everything. The parade down Northumberland Avenue was fantastic – a special mention to the giant puppets Binbot and Firebird. I’m looking forward to next year’s carnival already.
