Discharging sewage into Foudry Brook poses a public health risk and causes damage to the natural environment, including to the Pamber Nature Reserve.

Proposals set out by the Government and Thames Water do not go far enough in addressing this problem, as neither would eliminate sewage dumping entirely and sufficiently reduce the immediate damage to our waterways
