Matt Rodda Member of Parliament for Reading East
Three years have passed since the Grenfell tower tragedy, and the 72 victims of the fire are not forgotten.
After all this time, there are still over 200 tall residential buildings in the UK which use the ACM cladding that caused the rapid spread of the Grenfell fire (246 tall residential buildings). In 3 years very little has happened, the removal of this material has been frustratingly, recklessly, slow.
I will continue to support those demanding justice for the Grenfell victims and survivors, and I will continue to hold the government to account for failing to remove ACM cladding.
