I want to congratulate Citizens Advice Wokingham for 42 years of excellent work, and show my gratitude to the CA volunteers who give their time to support others.
For 80 years Citizens Advice has played a vital role in helping people with a wide range of difficult issues, and I was delighted to be able to celebrate Wokingham Borough’s Citizen’s Advice bureau’s 42nd anniversary on Friday.
We were joined by the The Princess Royal, who showed a real understanding of the very important work carried out by Citizen’s Advice. It was wonderful to see local staff and volunteers get the recognition for their service to the local community.
Citizens Advice Wokingham is a local charity serving the parts of Reading East which are in Wokingham borough.
