The Supreme court ruled yesterday that Boris Johnson’s prorogation of Parliament was unlawful. Following this ruling, we returned to the House of Commons today to hold the government to account for their reckless behaviour. I want to see a general election after October the 31st, and I want to see a second referendum on membership of the EU. In that second referendum, I would campaign for remain over any other deal.
