I have written to residents at this important time for our country.

I’m strongly in favour of a second referendum on membership of the EU. In a second referendum, I would campaign to remain in the EU. I believe that a No Deal exit from the EU is not in the national interest. The cost to our economy and our communities would be too great. I am interested in hearing from local people about their views and so far I have received a wide range of responses.
