I was pleased to be able to listen to residents’ views at a public meeting regarding the Hosier Street Development on Thursday, and I am calling for a sensible redevelopment of the site.
I think there is a real opportunity for Reading to have an impressive redevelopment of this important site, however I have asked that the height and density of the development are reasonable to protect the interests of nearby residents and the historic environment.
