Matt highlights Katesgrove graffiti problems

Matt and fellow Labour Councillor Sophia James have been highlighting the growing problem of graffiti at the Pell Street end of Elgar Road in Katesgrove. The issue has been reported to the police Matt is are calling on people who may have witnessed anyone tagging in this area to report it as soon as possible.

Matt said: “This graffiti is blighting one of Reading’s historic roads and we are asking for help reporting whoever is responsible.

“Community groups have worked with residents to protect the Victorian character of Elgar Road, and other nearby roads, and no one wants to see that ruined by this thoughtless vandalism.”
