READING EAST MP Matt Rodda today officially unveiled his new job-seeking initiative, courtesy of a collaborative effort from the Stronger Together partnership of business organisations in Reading, supported by the DWP Job Centre Plus and Reading UK CIC.

The new programme will focus on supported employment and seek to provide a complete turnkey approach aimed at engaging people with the jobs market and supporting any identified needs to help secure employment. The first event under this new 'Stronger Together' banner will be launched on Friday 20 April at the Penta Hotel, Oxford Road, Reading.

Speaking at today's launch event, Matt said:
“Job hunting can be difficult and I hope this event will help many local jobseekers find the new job they are looking for.

“I am grateful to Reading Jobcentre and the Stronger Together partnership for working with me and for putting on what I hope will be an outstanding event.”
