READING EAST MP MATT RODDA welcomed The Shadow Secretary of State for International Trade Barry Gardiner MP to Reading as part of the Labour Party's National Campaign Day which began in the marginal seat of Reading West.

Small businesses and the self-employed have been impacted by the deep Tory cuts in Reading and West Berkshire, and Matt escorted the Shadow Secretary around some of the local independent businesses in Pangbourne, accompanied by local Labour campaigner Suzie Ferguson.

 Matt said:

I'm delighted to welcome Barry here to Reading, and to discuss the impact of continued Conservative cuts to this town. It is also great to be here today to support fellow party members in Reading West as part of our campaign to win the seat.”
